Workshops

Sharing the Yoga practice is what fuels my energy each week.
But in a class setting, we can be limited by time, what others expect, the group flow & energy, the different levels, etc...

Defying gravity

Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are. Gwen will provide variations for each pose, ensuring you feel supported and comfortable as you gradually expand your capabilities. You'll receive personalized guidance, adjustments, and feedback, ensuring your practice is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our workshop offers a relaxed pace, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in each pose and gain a deeper understanding of your body.

Sun Salutations

You can use the Sun Salutations regularly for different goals:

👉to focus on your breath and find a meditative state
👉to improve your muscle endurance and power
👉as a cardiovascular workout and to loose excess fat

Strong fondations

In this workshop, you can be:
🔸️a beginner eager to learn & create strong foundations
🔸️a Yoga practicionner looking for deeper insights & to improve the sensations within your own body during your practice


Together, we will explore :
🔸️strong foundations for your hands & feet
🔸️how to protect & engage your shoulders
🔸️detailed poses as Downward Facing Dog, Chaturanga, Upward Facing Dog, Warrior 1 & 2 (you can also make a request for a specific pose)
