Hatha Yoga

This well balanced practice will help you keep your body and mind healthy while working on your nervous system to release and prevent stress.

Vinyasa Yoga

This practice is comparable to a workout. Also often called a flow, it will help you stretch and strengthen your body while moving with your breath.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a very slow and quiet practice with longer holds into the Yoga postures. It is a very good complement to a Hatha or Vinyasa practice.
