Hatha Yoga

A Balanced Practice for a Healthy Mind and Body.
Maintaining a healthy mind and body is vital, especially when dealing with stress. This well-balanced practice is designed to work with your nervous system to release tension and prevent stress.

Vinyasa Yoga

This practice is similar to working out. Sometimes referred to as a "flow," it involves moving with your breath to stretch and strengthen your body.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that involves holding yoga postures for an extended period of time. It's the perfect complement to a more vigorous Hatha or Vinyasa practice.

Gratitude & appreciation

The workshop with Gwen was very valuable, a good way to start doing more sun salutations at home and for yourself. The explanation of all the poses were helpful and the handout and Gwen’s calming guiding through it all was very beneficial.
