Hi, I'm Gwen
I'm a Yoga teacher, I love to understand how the body works & I believe in the power of habits!

I created this membership because 6 years ago, I was exactly where you are at now.
Being busy with several jobs or projects, having a full life & wanting to do it all.
More importantly, wanting to feel good & still enjoy lifem while doing it all.
It was really hard for me to find something that was working for my life & it took me several years to create a practice I love, a practice I don't need motivation to return to. Because I couldn't find anything like that on YouTube or in any other membership or studio.
In the past 4 years, teaching in-person classes almost every day, on the small island of Bonaire, in the south of the Caribbean, I have seen so many students with the same challenge. Whether when they join a few times during their vacation or practicing with me at the studio for several years, they are asking me how they can keep on practicing with me when not on Bonaire, how they can have a practice at home without having to scroll on YouTube.
This is exactly why I have created the Life Lab Membership.
On top of this, I know what it takes to build a lasting and sustainable Yoga practice outside of studio classes because I’ve done it myself & have helped others do the same.
My approach blends movement, deep relaxation, awareness and self-care, helping people reconnect with their bodies in ways that truly supports them.
The style of classes I teach is very wide because I strongly believe that your practice should adapt to what you need, not the other way around. There is not "one-size-fits-all" practice that can work at anytime so I practice & teach anything between Vinyasa, Breathwork, Yin Yoga, MFR, Hatha & Yoga Nidra.

Beyond the physical practice, I’m passionate about personal development and the power of habits, because real transformation happens when Yoga becomes a natural part of your life.
Between running my business, maintaining my own self-care routine, & running my projects on the side, I understand the challenges of making time for Yoga.
On a more personal level, I am the proud mum of this doggy, Goofy, & many other cats that live the good life in my garden. If you don't find me practicing Yoga or behind my laptop talking with my students, I am probably walking with Goofy at the beach, looking for dolphins as part of my volunteer research project or reading a book.
